What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a range of drive-up storage sizes from 5x10 to 14x40, including boat and RV units with 12’–14’ doors and outdoor parking spaces for cars, trucks, and trailers.
When can I move in?
You can reserve and move in immediately for outdoor parking. Drive-up and RV/boat units are available for pre-leasing with the facility’s upcoming opening.
What are your prices?
Drive-up units start at $40/month. RV and boat storage ranges from $240 to $330/month, and outdoor parking from $50 to $80/month.
Do you require a long-term lease?
No, rentals are month-to-month for flexibility.
What security features do you have?
Our property will be fenced, gated, and monitored with cameras to ensure your belongings are safe.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required for all stored items. You can provide your own coverage or purchase through us.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes, please bring a lock. We do not offer sale of locks.
Do you have space for large vehicles?
Yes, we offer RV and boat units up to 40 feet long and outdoor parking up to 45 feet.
